Shipping Policy
Express shipping of your flowers are via our shipping services including FedEx, UPS. We ship within the lower 48 contiguous United States and our website will calculate your shipping fee at the checkout page. Deliveries are available Monday-Friday. We cannot guarantee shipping dates or times.

Same Day Delivery
We offer same day deliveries in selected cities in bay area. Please see the list of the cities below. Deliveries are available Monday-Friday. We cannot guarantee shipping dates or times.

Deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska
There is an additional $40 per box surcharge for deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska.

Tracking Your Order shipment
tracking of your shipment is available through the My Account page up to 3 days prior to delivery date. It is a possibility that your boxes are delivered by two different shipping carriers, for example a box delivered by FedEx and another one delivered by UPS. In this instance we will provide you with two different tracking numbers.

Receiving and care for your package
we highly recommend to be present to receive the delivery. A signature may be required (at driver’s discretion). Arrangements, flowers and plants need to be unpacked and hydrated immediately after the shipment. Care instruction for each product is listed on their product page on our website.

Product guarantee
Postalbloomz guarantees quality of products on our website, however, this does not include free return shipping.

Postalbloomz is not responsible for

1. Stolen or lost packages.
2. Damages due to products being left in inclement weather.
3. FedEx/UPS or other shipping delays, delays as a result of Customs and Agricultural inspections, or other acts of nature.
