Shipping Policy
Express shipping of your flowers is via our in-house shipping services. Our website will calculate your shipping fee at the checkout page. Deliveries are available Monday-Friday. We cannot guarantee shipping times.

Payment Policy
To get started, please proceed with placing your order online; there is no need to make any immediate payment. Once we receive your order, we will promptly review it within a couple of hours to confirm the availability of all the products for shipping. Subsequently, we will reach out to you by phone to request your preferred payment information. For customers who have a house account with us, the payment will be collected during the delivery at your designated location.

Receiving and caring for your package
we highly recommend being present to receive the delivery. A signature may be required (at the driver’s discretion). Flowers and plants need to be unpacked and hydrated immediately after the shipment.

Product Guarantee
Bay Area Flower Market guarantees the quality of products on our website, however, this does not include free return shipping.

Bay Area Flower Market is not responsible for

  1. Stolen or lost packages.
  2. Damages due to products being left in inclement weather.
  3. Shipping delays as a result of Customs and Agricultural inspections, or other acts of nature.
